These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mvpvip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mvpvip website, mobile browser application, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the mvpvip platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on mvpvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering voluntarily on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or suspension issued by mvpvip;
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by mvpvip for any breach of these Terms;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any person employed by mvpvip or any of its affiliated entities.

1.2 Registration Process

To open an account, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, choose a secure password, and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By completing registration, you warrant that all information submitted is truthful and that you meet all eligibility criteria listed in clause 1.1 above.

1.3 Account Verification (KYC)

mvpvip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and age before withdrawal requests are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid passport;
• Driving licence issued by BRTA;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent dated within 90 days);
• Verification of the payment method used to deposit funds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. mvpvip reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

1.4 One Account Rule

Each player may hold only one active account on the mvpvip platform. If it is determined that a player holds multiple accounts, mvpvip may close all accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and forfeit any remaining balance at our sole discretion. Multiple accounts opened to circumvent bonus restrictions or self-exclusion restrictions are treated as fraudulent conduct.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mvpvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved payment channels, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Internet banking via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other partner banks where available

Payment method availability may change without prior notice. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within the platform.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players are advised to review the current limits on the cashier page of the platform. mvpvip reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

2.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to the player's mvpvip wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. mvpvip is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

2.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification as described in clause 1.3.

2.5 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained legitimately. mvpvip will not knowingly accept funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a deposit originates from illegitimate sources, we reserve the right to freeze the account, reverse transactions, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, mvpvip offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

3.2 Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the minimum qualifying deposit amount and wagering requirements specified in the promotion. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as fraudulent and all associated balances will be voided.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (such as low-margin sports markets or certain table game combinations) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. 3.4 Bonus Abuse

mvpvip monitors player accounts for activity that constitutes bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; systematically exploiting promotional mechanics through low-risk betting patterns; wagering opposite sides of the same market to guarantee bonus clearance. Where bonus abuse is identified, mvpvip reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

3.5 Promotion Amendments

mvpvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season — are offered at the discretion of mvpvip and are not guaranteed to recur in any future period.

4. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

4.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on mvpvip utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are provided by internationally recognised studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of any influence by mvpvip or its employees.

4.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets, are governed by the rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. mvpvip reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently from stated odds where manifest errors, data feed failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the integrity of a market. Settled bets will not ordinarily be reopened after 72 hours from the event result being confirmed.

4.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round or sporting bet, mvpvip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. No claim arises against mvpvip in respect of winnings calculated on the basis of an erroneous outcome. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

4.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mvpvip platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Placing bets as part of any matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk bonus-clearing strategy;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or funding of illegal activities;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mvpvip staff or other players through any communication channel.

5. Responsible Gaming

mvpvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 5.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, mvpvip will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account and will refrain from sending promotional communications during the exclusion period.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the Responsible Gaming section of the platform settings. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 7 days before the increase becomes active.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 mvpvip's Right to Suspend

mvpvip reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that:

• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for any form of fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to mvpvip;
• The player is found to be under the age of 21.

6.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any available balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to completion of KYC verification.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. mvpvip reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice. If a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the mvpvip platform — including but not limited to the platform design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of mvpvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the mvpvip platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of mvpvip intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Platform Availability

mvpvip strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. mvpvip is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by platform downtime.

8.2 Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mvpvip's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 No Warranty

The mvpvip platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mvpvip makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content, game, odds, or information published on the platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

mvpvip collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

mvpvip employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and payment transactions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

mvpvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered contact. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mvpvip operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.

We commit to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days (BST) and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
